What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
Rapid Transformational TherapyⓇ (RTT) is a scientifically based method that combines techniques from hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and neuroscience to uncover and transform the root causes of life’s most persistent issues. It was developed by the world renowned therapist Marisa Peer who has proven its success for over 30 years. RTT is designed to deliver lasting change rapidly in peoples lives.

The RTT process

Book a free call to discuss how to best address you issues and any concerns or questions you might have around the method.

First, schedule a one hour intake session where we deep dive into your current situation to understand your issues at hand.
Then, we schedule your RTT session, typically a 90-120 minute session either at my studio in Lauttasaari, online or perhaps another location as agreed separately.
Finally, schedule follow up calls to follow progress (included) and potential follow up sessions (extra).

At the end of your RTT session I record a bespoke recording for you to listen to during 21 days following the session. This is to ensure that the changes we installed during the session is wired in as efficiently as possible to your subconscious mind.
