In my guided sessions, you will journey to another time and place—into a meaningful memory held within your higher consciousness. These experiences can help you better understand the themes of your present life and release potential karmic blockages rooted in the past.

Past lives can illuminate both the challenges and opportunities you face today. Many people choose to experience a past life regression to deepen their connection with their soul and to free themselves from limiting emotional patterns and beliefs that may be holding them back.

I meet clients for regressions online world wide and face to face in my cozy room in Helsinki, Lauttasaari. I am happy to work with you in Enlish, Finnish and Swedish.

Past Life Regressions

Please note: I am currently finalising my training as a past life regression practitioner and I expect to be certified within April 2026.

My Approach

Past life regression is a guided inner experience where a person is led – through a deep relaxation, visualisations and a hypnotic state – to explore vivid memories, images, or story-like experiences that feel as if they come from another lifetime.

What happens in a session?

Through a progressive full-body relaxation I guide you into a calm, focused state (similar to meditation). From there, I take you on a brief visualisation journey through which you can experience memories of past lives. You’re invited to describe whatever arises – images, sensations, emotions, or narratives. These experiences often unfold like scenes, and I will gently ask questions to help you explore them more fully.

How it’s understood

It is not necessary to believe in past lives in order to take part in a past life regression. However, an open mind and a curiosity towards experiencing new things and connecting to your inner self is beneficial. There are a few different ways to interpret past life regression:

  • Spiritual perspective: Some believe these are actual memories of previous lifetimes of the soul, offering insight, healing, and karmic understanding.

  • Psychological perspective: Others see the experience as the mind creating symbolic stories drawn from memory, imagination, and the subconscious—useful for processing emotions and gaining perspective.

  • Therapeutic angle: Regardless of belief, the process can help people reflect on patterns, fears, relationships, and life direction in a meaningful way.

Why people try it

People often explore past life regression to:

-     Gain insight into recurring challenges or emotional patterns
-     Work through fears, anxieties, or unexplained feelings
-     Feel a deeper sense of purpose or connection
-     Experience personal or spiritual growth
- Out of curiosity towards exploring their sub/superconsious
